Not able to see Mail Enabled Public Folder in Global Address Book in User’s Outlook

Most of the user facing the below issue.

User’s Questions:

I had recently created mail-enabled public folder.  But I am unable to see it in the Global Address book when I attempt to invite the public folder to a meeting.


In this case, Exchange updates OAB ones every 24 hours and it’s random. Give it more time. It should be fine if you are able to see it in OWA.

If you want to update immediate replication, you can do the manual update from Exchange Powershell or EMC

Go to “Exchange Powershell” and run the below cmdlets. Manually force the OAB replication. so that problem will be resolved in a minute.

Get-offlineaddressbook | update-offlineaddressbook
